Dr. Lauren Farwell is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and forensic psychology. Using strengths-based developmental and family systems approaches, she provides comprehensive evaluations of children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of expertise include cognitive and executive functioning, severe psychopathology, dual diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and forensic evaluation. Dr. Farwell also provides psychotherapy and counseling with adolescents, adults, and families.
Dr. Farwell earned her doctorate from Baylor University and completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship at Bexar County Juvenile Probation. She holds a master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a master’s in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. Dr. Farwell completed her post-doctoral residency at the Neurobehavioral Institute of Austin and is excited to join the practice where she trained.
Dr. Farwell has called Austin home for the past 10 years, and she enjoys playing competitive volleyball, hiking the greenbelt, meeting friends for coffee, and exploring the amazing food and culture in Austin.
