NBAustin remains committed to your mental healthcare during this stressful time. We strive to make the well-being of our clients and our NBAustin team our top priority. As an office, we have considered CDC and Governor Abbott’s Strike Force to Open Texas decision making tools and taken recommended steps (among others) to mitigate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Our practice has altered many of our procedures.
All staff members are vaccinated for Covid-19. Any staff members showing signs of illness will stay home until they are cleared to return to work. We are disinfecting common areas, therapy, and test rooms, washing or sanitizing hands after each session, and making hand sanitizer available to our clients.
We do request that any patients experiencing cold like symptoms cancel their appointment and remain home until they are fever free for at least 48 hours.
Masks are required by staff and patients while in the office.
