Dr. Stephen Roeckeman is a licensed clinical psychologist in Texas and Mississippi with specialty training in neuropsychology. He completed his doctoral training at Wheaton College, clinical internship at the Illiana VA Healthcare System, and 2 years of postdoctoral fellowship training in adult neuropsychology at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Prior to joining The Neurobehavioral Institute of Austin, Dr. Roeckeman served for three years as a Staff Neuropsychologist at the VA Medical Center in Jackson where he gained extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment of adults and older adults with various medical, neurological and psychiatric conditions. His areas of expertise include memory disorders and dementia, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and movement disorders.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Roeckeman currently works as a Clinical Scientist within the Central Nervous System division at Syneos Health, a global biopharmaceutical solutions organization.
